- Pick up from hotel at 14.00pm
- Arrive at Sable at 15.00pm for snack and welcome drink
- Butler explains procedure and fills requested mini bar
- 16.00pm whirlpool filled, Sparkling wine on ice
- Do not disturb until 19pm – 3 course dinner served under the stars
- Breakfast served – optional pre breakfast walk with guide or after breakfast
- Depart for hotel at 11am
